Our goal is to develop, manufacture and supply electrical equipment and materials for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy that meet the requirements and expectations of our customers, meeting the established objectives, efficiency of our processes through innovation, competent personnel, and excellent service, achieving continuous improvement in the organization. The foregoing in accordance with our code of ethics.
Top Management are focused on achieving customer satisfaction. They demonstrate leadership and commitment to risks and opportunities that may affect the compliance of our products and services.
The Top Management ensure that the best practices and a strong culture of quality and safety are applied by all of EPRECSA’s collaborators, to prevent accidents and illnesses, identifying dangers, establishing health and safety risks control at work.
It is an integral part of our culture to prevent environmental pollution, optimizing the use of non-renewable resources and managing our waste.
EPRECSA rejects and prohibits human trafficking and slavery. Employees, contractors, subcontractors, distributors, suppliers, partners and those through whom EPRECSA carries out its business activities, must avoid getting involved in any practice that has to do with human trafficking or slavery.

Nuestra meta es desarrollar, manufacturar y suministrar equipos y materiales eléctricos para la trasmisión y distribución de energía eléctrica que satisfagan los requisitos y expectativas de nuestros clientes, cumpliendo con los objetivos establecidos, eficacia de nuestros procesos mediante innovación, personal competente y un servicio de excelencia, logrando una mejora continua en la organización. Lo anterior conforme a nuestro código de ética.
La alta dirección está enfocada en alcanzar la satisfacción del cliente. Demuestra liderazgo y compromiso con respecto a los riesgos y oportunidades que puedan afectar la conformidad de nuestros productos y servicios.

Los empleados, contratistas, subcontratistas, distribuidores, proveedores, socios, y aquellos a través de los que EPRECSA lleva acabo sus actividades empresariales, deben evitar implicarse en cualquier práctica que suponga al tráfico de personas o la esclavitud.
